GRACE' S LAW IS SIGNED INTO LAW DECEMBER 30, 2008
Today was a VICTORIOUS day in Trenton! After Grace's Law passed the FULL assembly, acting Governor Cody signed it into law. Thank you to all who reached out once again to legislators! Without your support we would not be where we are today!

Grace's Law grassroots lobbying effort featured in Hearing Health Magazine -
A note from Jeanine: I was able to get this article in Hearing Health
Magazine for the Deafness Research Foundation to raise awareness about the
passage of Grace's Law in NJ (and clarify some implementation issues we've been
facing) and the importance of hearing aid insurance legislation. I was able to also mention states with pending legislation to help in their efforts and to stress the importance of national reform. Upon my request they included my push for the Federal Hearing Aid Tax Credit and included a link to the Better Hearing Institute for people to get involved with those efforts. It didn't allow for me to thank everyone involved, so they just said "family" and some key individuals - but I do appreciate everyone's support and wish I could have named all of you!.
